Show order: Dorset, Southdown, white-face influenced crossbreds, hair sheep, black-face divisions (five divisions, lightest to heaviest)
8:00 a.m. Market Goat Show (Ad Astra Building)
Base bid goats can be checked into the holding pen from 10:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the Market Goat Show. Market goats will be released after the show.
All heifers will be released after the Breeding Heifer Show
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Check-in swine and turn in weight cards for market barrows (swine building)
All barrows and gilts must go through check-in to verify tags and check pedigrees.
10:00 a.m. KLF Prospect Club Calf Show (Dairy Tie Barn) 10:30 a.m. (approximately) Market Lamb Show
Show order: Dorset, Southdown, speckled face (includes all white-face-influenced crossbreds), hair sheep, blackface (five divisions, lightest to heaviest)
Base-bid market lambs must be delivered to holding pens within 15 minutes after completion of show. Checks will be paid as animals are delivered to pens. Holding pen location will be announced during the show.
Will immediately follow heifer show, but will not start before 3:00 p.m.
4:30 p.m. (approximately) Pedigreed Gilt Show*
Will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of Swine Showmanship, but not before 4:30 p.m.
Show order: Berkshire, Duroc, Hampshire, Poland China, Spots, dark AOB, light AOB, Yorkshire
All pedigreed gilts will be released immediately following the show, EXCEPT for the champion and reserve champion of each breed, which will compete for overall and top five after the commercial gilt show on Sunday.
