8:00 a.m. Show office opens (sheep/swine barn)
10:00 a.m. Trade Show opens
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Weigh and check in all goats (Ad Astra Building)
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Check in registered ewes
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Check in and weigh market lambs and commercial ewes (sheep barn)
1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. LEAD Challenge prepared speeches (Pride of Kansas Building)
1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. LEAD Challenge skill stations open (Pride of Kansas Building)
2:45 p.m.  Goat exhibitor meeting – starting with junior division (Ad Astra Building)
3:00 p.m. Goat Showmanship (Ad Astra Building)

• Immediately followed by Commercial Doe Show 
• Commercial Does released after completion of show

3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Check in heifers and steers (Prairie Pavilion)
3:30 p.m. Sheep exhibitor meeting (sheep arena)
5:00 p.m. Registered Ewe Show (sheep arena)
6:00 p.m. Beef exhibitor meeting (beef arena)
6:30 p.m. All livestock must be on the grounds
7:00 p.m. (approximately) Sheep Showmanship – starting with junior division (sheep arena)

• Show will begin at 7:00 p.m. or 15 minutes after Registered Breeding Sheep Show

7:00 p.m. KLF Futurity Show (beef arena)

• Show order: Shorthorn heifer, Shorthorn steer, KLF heifer, KLF steer

7:00 p.m. Swine exhibitor meeting (swine arena)
11:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Cattle barn, goat barn and sheep/swine barn closed. 

• No exhibitors, parents or other individuals are allowed in the buildings. Only night watchmen and office staff will be allowed. 

Saturday, September 28
7:00 a.m. Show office opens (sheep/swine barn)
7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. LEAD Challenge skill stations open (Pride of Kansas Building)
7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. LEAD Challenge interviews (Pride of Kansas Building)
8:00 a.m. Trade Show opens
8:00 a.m. Commercial Ewe Show (sheep arena)

• Show order: Dorset, Southdown, white-face influenced crossbreds, hair sheep, black-face divisions (five divisions, lightest to heaviest) 

8:00 a.m. Market Goat Show (Ad Astra Building)

• Base bid goats can be checked into the holding pen from 10:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the Market Goat Show. Market goats will be released after the show. 

8:00 a.m. Heifer Show (Prairie Pavilion)

• Show order: Angus, Hereford, Red Angus, Shorthorn, Shorthorn Plus, Limousin, Charolais, Percentage Charolais, Simmental, Percentage Simmental, Gelbvieh, Maine-Anjou, MaineTainer, Chianina, AOB, commercial
• ​All heifers will be released after the Breeding Heifer Show

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Check-in swine and turn in weight cards for market barrows (swine building)

• All barrows and gilts must go through check-in to verify tags and check pedigrees. 

10:00 a.m. KLF Prospect Club Calf Show (Dairy Tie Barn)
10:30 a.m. (approximately) Market Lamb Show

• Show order: Dorset, Southdown, speckled face (includes all white-face-influenced crossbreds), hair sheep, blackface (five divisions, lightest to heaviest)
• Base-bid market lambs must be delivered to holding pens within 15 minutes after completion of show. Checks will be paid as animals are delivered to pens. Holding pen location will be announced during the show.

2:00 p.m. Swine Showmanship – starting with senior division (swine arena)
3:00 p.m. (approximately) Beef Showmanship – starting with junior division (Prairie Pavilion)

• Will immediately follow heifer show, but will not start before 3:00 p.m.

4:30 p.m. (approximately) Pedigreed Gilt Show*

• Will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of Swine Showmanship, but not before 4:30 p.m.
• Show order: Berkshire, Duroc, Hampshire, Poland China, Spots, dark AOB, light AOB, Yorkshire
• All pedigreed gilts will be released immediately following  the show, EXCEPT for the champion and reserve champion of each breed, which will compete for overall and top five after the commercial gilt show on Sunday.    

6:30 p.m. Announcement of KJLS scholarship winners (Prairie Pavilion arena)
7:00 p.m. KLF Club Calf Sale (Dairy Tie Barn)
11:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Cattle barn, goat barn and sheep/swine barn closed. 

• No exhibitors, parents or other individuals are allowed in the buildings. Only night watchmen and office staff will be allowed.

Sunday, September 29
7:00 a.m. Inspirational Service with Ray Perryman of Short Round Ministries (swine arena)
7:00 a.m. Show office opens (sheep/swine barn)
8:00 a.m. LEAD Challenge Awards (beef arena)*
8:00 a.m. Trade Show opens
8:00 a.m. Market Steer Show (Prairie Pavilion) 

• Show order: Angus, Hereford, Shorthorn, Shorthorn Plus, Charolais, Simmental, Maine-Anjou, Chianina, AOB, crossbred
• Following conclusion of steer show, base-bid steers can be tied in east end of Prairie Pavilion

8:00 a.m. Commercial Gilt Show (swine arena)*
10:00 a.m. (approximately) Barrow Show*

• Barrow show will begin 15 minutes after conclusion of gilt show, but not before 10:00 a.m. 
• Show order: Berkshire, Duroc, Hampshire, Poland China, Spots, dark AOB, light AOB, Yorkshire, dark crossbred, light crossbred
